Ileana Johnson, Director of Marketing/Public Relations, received her Bachelors at Temple University in Strategic Organization Communication. At Top of the World Entertainment and Sports Marketing, Ms. Johnson directs publicity for the company, clients, artists, producers and events. She coordinates events and fundraisers for the company, clients and works closely with local community organizations and nonprofits that Top of the World is associated with. Ms. Johnson is highly motivated in utilizing role models such as sport icons, musical inspirations in influencing and working with the youth. With her strong ties throughout young communities, she has a detail insight into what the public is looking for and what our clients gain from the public.
Ms. Johnson not only has good intuition about Marketing products and good Public Relations; but has great eye for great physical and personal imagery with being fashionably incline and etiquette astute. Ms. Johnson has a great insight to changing an image into what the client wants and public enjoys and admires.

Curtis Clark, Director of Research and Development, have extensive knowledge of the local market for the promotional industry. Mr. Clark attended Penn State University and Peirce Professional College; where he studied Marketing. He has also taken courses in radio, video and retail promotions and advertising at the Dell East Music Business Institute. Mr. Clark has developed promotional campaigns for brands, recording artist and events. He has also coordinated marketing initiatives and recruited street teams for promotions to handle Top of the World clients’ agenda. Mr. Clark develops clients’ marketing initiatives on-line, by providing our client with an on-line presence of promoting their brand, service and talents or events to the public. Mr. Clark is responsible for promoting Top of the World associated events and brand for company initiatives; as well as for our clients’.
Mr. Clark reputation precedes him because of his entertainment networking parties, where he tastefully incorporates the Who’s Who of the entertainment world to social gatherings. As a freelance promoter Mr. Clark works with CampusPhilly.com and various independent recording artists by circulating fliers, connecting with local record stores, and radio stations. Mr. Clark is also the Director of Promotions of Event Planning for the Pennsylvania Independent Music Conference which is held annually.

George W. Williams Jr., Marketing/Brand Manager of the northeast division of Top of the World Marketing, a graduate of Penn State University. Mr. Williams has extensive experience in sales and marketing products. Mr. Williams creates promotional campaigns for various clients dealing with their brands and events. Mr. Williams has headed marketing initiatives for previous clients to enhance their brands. Mr. George Williams talents include; but not limit to implementation of programs and coordinating marketing initiatives; his talents include spotting talent in the entertainment field.
Lisa Williams, Marketing/Brand Manager of the southern division of Top of the World Marketing. Lisa Williams plans marketing projects to brand clients products and talents on a global level. She assists with the consumer psychological aspect on how they accept the launch of new products. Mrs. Williams oversees marketing and advertising campaigns throughout the southern markets. She has experience with creating promotional campaigns to drive clients’ products to be successful and to raise awareness to build their popularity index rate.
Lisa Williams is a graduate of Norfolk State with a BA in Psychology, where she also minored in education. Lisa Williams has worked for 14 years with students with learning disabilities. Mrs. Williams holds two Masters Degrees’ in Education in Leadership and Policy and also in School Guidance Counseling. Lisa Williams is an active member of Council of Exceptional Children, where she heads objectives to raise money to support educational initiatives. Mrs. Williams has served as a board member for a non-profit organization that assisted high risk high school students with career training, college preparation, computer literacy, etc. Lisa Williams has sponsored numerous fundraisers to help students travel beyond their communities. She has also sponsored a girls club, ages 14-16 to improve self-esteem, teach proper etiquette, promotes health and fitness.
